Can you fix any corrupt PDF file?
We can repair most structural PDF errors — broken headers, invalid or missing cross-reference tables, and corrupted object streams. However, if the raw binary data has been completely overwritten or the storage medium has suffered physical damage, recovery may not be possible as the underlying content no longer exists.
Will my formatting change after repair?
No. Our repair engine only touches the underlying structural code — XREF tables, trailer dictionaries, and object pointers. Visual content, fonts, images, and the document layout are not modified. The repaired file should appear identical to the original in any PDF viewer.
Is my document secure when uploaded for repair?
Yes. Your file is transferred over an encrypted HTTPS connection, processed on our secure server, and permanently deleted immediately after you download the repaired version. We do not retain, read, or share your documents at any point.
